Diploma in Culinary Science
This one-year diploma course in Culinary Science prepares students to create culinary experiences that are creative, delicious, safe and consistent by understanding the science behind food and beverage preparation. It also helps students cultivate a deeper knowledge of the functionality and impact of ingredients through the application of sensory evaluation techniques.
