4 year B.Sc. in Culinary Science program is especially designed for students who wish to join the hospitality industry as chefs. The program prepares students for taking up a role in food preparation and kitchen management. B.Sc. in Culinary Arts is a professional course that trains students in the various aspects of food preparation, cooking and presentation.
